The Voila! wellness and loyalty programme offers members
access to discounted rates, the wavering of activation
fees and a host of other benefits from a variety of different
health and fitness service providers.
All Voila! members are issued with a HealthCard upon joining,
and should they choose to become a member of one of the
Resolution Health, health and fitness partners, they automatically
stand to benefit from the unique rebate system that is
exclusively available to Voila! members.
The system operates in the following way:
When the member joins one of the health
and fitness partners and produces a copy of the contract,
an amount
of R250 is deposited into their HealthCard.
If the member has made use of the facilities at
least three times per month for six months, an additional
R250 will be deposited into their HealthCard.
It must be emphasized that the purpose of the six month
period is not to restrict members, but rather to encourage
and motivate them to establish a healthy lifestyle pattern.
It is also important for brokers to ensure that members
are made aware of the other HealthCard benefits.
It is essential that where a new member decides to join
Voila!, the applicable application form is completed, and
that the HealthCard application form and required documentation
is also attached in order to facilitate the issuing of
the card.
