The process is as follows:
•	Member complete a 12 month contract with Wellness World
•	Member pays joining fee, card fee and monthly membership fees directly to Wellness World
•	Member fax a copy of the gym contract to Voila on 086 515 0360
•	We pay R900 into your Health Card
•	Six months later Voila pays another R900 into your HealthCard on condition that the member has used the gym at least 3 times every month. These access statistics are sent to Voila by Wellness World.

Voila Travel has had an exciting and challenging 2009 so far and although travel, like any other industry, has shown a decline in revenue, Voila Travel has shown consistent growth.

The Voila Travel Website has changed significantly over the last month and exciting events has taken place in terms of Resolution MD Bennie de Beer’s big birthday surprise and awesome gifts handed out to winners at the Resolution Superhero event on Friday 20 March, 2009.
